Last year, as part of a countywide coalition, InnerCity Struggle along with our partners helped pass a temporary rent control ordinance to protect renters who live in unincorporated areas throughout Los Angeles county from unfair rent increases and evictions. Unfortunately, these protections will end in December 2019.
