Gender Pronouns: He / Él

Kristian first joined InnerCity Struggle as a youth member in 2010. As a student at Lincoln High School, he door-knocked and spoke with Eastside voters, urging them to pass California’s Proposition 30 in 2012. The victory, which helped to secure funding for public schools, solidified his commitment and passion for social justice. Kristian wants people from underserved communities to have better access to higher education.

Kristian earned his B.A. in Organizational Communication from California State University, Los Angeles. Kristian serves as the Academic Advisor, working with United Student leaders from 9th through 11th grade, ensuring they are college-bound.
