This past April we made history, when we won a unanimous vote from the Los Angeles Unified School Board to adopt the Equity is Justice 2.0 Resolution. Because of us, LAUSD must now implement a stricter funding formula to ensure state dollars reach our highest need schools.

Now it is time to roll up our sleeves to make sure the money reaches our schools. 

Join us for an intergenerational Collective Coordinating Committee (CCC) meeting, bringing together the parents of Familias Unidas and the youth of United Students. We’ll also be joined by our partners in the campaign, the youth and parents leaders from Community Coalition.
