Ariana developed a passion for educational justice and social justice when she joined United Students in 2013 as a freshman at James A. Garfield High School. Once she was able to name and take action against the injustice she resolved to always stay in the lucha and support her community. After high school, she graduated from Middlebury College in 2021 with a B.A. in American Studies and Education. Her approach to her role as an academic advisor is love as an action. Ariana loves working with students from her community and helping them grow as scholars and humans. As an academic advisor, she is committed to helping youth stay on track to graduate high school and supporting them holistically.
